Things I want to do before I leave London

I've lived in London for 26 years and there is so much touristy stuff and places I want to go but have never been! So I've decided to write a bucket list of things I want to do before I relocate to the coast!

It's mad to have been living here this long and have a list as long as I have. My problem is I utterly hate going into central London. It's super busy, expensive and dirty. I also hate the over crowded tubes, busy buses and how rude and unfriendly Londoners can be.
With all this said, I've got some great memories of London and I will be back to return visits!

Have Afternoon Tea at Sketch
Go to Harrods again
Go to the flagship Fortnum & Mason Store
Visit Liberty
Have breakfast at the Cereal Cafe
Go back to London Dungeons
Visit Ripleys Believe it or not
Go to Madam Tussauds
Visit Lush Oxford Street
Go to Kew Gardens
Go to Somerset House
Go to Winter Wonderland
See a West End Musical
Have a cocktail at Claridge's

Do you think I've missed anything? I'd love to hear peoples suggestions!
Until next time,

  1. Borough Market, Maltby Street Market, Netil Market, Broadway Market, all the other great food and stuff markets...
Have you been up to the Sky Garden - great views and FREE unlike the Shard.
And the other for me would be all the ethnic food you can get -- research the best places for Turkish, Vietnamese, Thai (real Thai), regional Indian, Russian, Polish, all kinds of wonderful food!

  2. That a wonderful list! I always regret when I am back from London that I could have done sooo many things haha

  3. Great list, I've lived in London 21 years and still not seen it all, there is just so much to do. I've just noticed the new Shrek Adventure by Big Ben which I really want to go to but feel I'm too old without a child haha. I recently went to Lush Oxford Street, it was like heaven, you really have to go.

  4. I need to go to the cereal cafe! Winter Wonderland is great, I've been there at least 8 times in the last four years! If you're looking for any musicals to see, I'd recommend Wicked and Bend It Like Beckham - they're both truly amazing!

  5. Great list :)
I'm currently trying to plan a visit to London and will be adding a few of these to my list now.
