How has your life changed in a year?

I can't believe it's September already. I feel like this year has whipped by and I'm not entirely sure what's happened.
With the start of the new school year looming for some and my morning lay in's disappearing due to the school traffic, it's got me wondering how much my life has changed in 12 months. Have I managed to do things I wanted too?

According to my Timehop, this time last year I was living in my old house, two part time jobs and saving up for my future home.
I was reading a lot of blogs but I wasn't blogging and all I knew was that I wanted to save up for my house and move to the coast.

It's been a long hard road but I've finally done at least two things I wanted to do. I've brought a house by the seaside and I've been blogging almost a year.
I also quit one of my part time jobs and took on my job as a full time position which, I shall be leaving soon as I am just waiting to be told my moving date. I have no idea what the future holds for me as I will have no job, no familiarity and every spare penny I have saved is going into starting a new business and renovating my new home.
I'm terrified but I'm happy I've finally taken the plunge, if I don't do it now I never will. I've got lots of plans for my future and I'm sure some will be smoother than others but I don't want to look back and regret chances I didn't take.
I've also had the opportunities to fill in a fair few of my 100 things in a 1000 days list you can see that post here - 100 things in 1000 days

How much has your life changed in the last year?

Until next time,

  1. I love timehop so much, it's crazy to think what you were doing this time last year and your life has changed quite a bit, well done with blogging for nearly a year and having your new house. I got one today that was from 6 years ago and I cringed a little xD. This time last year I was getting excited for my 21st birthday according to Facebook.

  2. Interesting read :), always great to see progression. I feel like the bigger things for me were getting a job in the sector I'd been studying (first try) and starting driving lessons as well as blogging :) x

  3. Good luck with the move. Very jealous of you having a house by the seaside - how lovely! Change is always scary, but necessary to keep moving forward. And I'm sure great things are to come. Thanks for a lovely read. x
