Dental Health with Sensodyne

Dental health isn't one that's spoken about much in the blogging world but looking after your teeth is a massive part of beauty. There's nothing better than having well looked after, white teeth to set off those masses of lipsticks hiding in your makeup collection!

I was recently sent this full dental health kit from Sensodyne. I'm a massive fan of dental health as after 6 years of pain with braces, I really don't want to ruin them now!
Don't get me wrong, I'm terrified of the dentist. I feel sick for days before I even have to go but I feel it's one of those things you just have to do. After all you only get one set of nashers!

I was sent Sensodyne repair & protect toothpaste, a Sensodyne Precision toothbrush and a bottle of Sensodyne Long Lasting mouth wash.
I have used Sensodyne before as I do suffer from sensitive teeth so I know this toothpaste will get used up. It has a lovely mild taste that leaves your teeth feeling squeaky clean. Teamed together with the medium toothbrush means I'm not damaging my teeth by using a too hard brush and I know I'm getting a long lasting protection.
Now I won't name the brand who's mouthwash burns your mouth the second it touches your lips, this one is lovely! It has a really fresh taste that isn't alcoholic tasting and leaves your mouth feeling clean, fresh and protected!
If you suffer from sensetive teeth, there are some really simple tips you can use to help!

1. Don't brush too hard, you'll damage your gums and teeth in the long term.
2. Brush your teeth regualrly and floss! It helps prevent gum disease and other horrible things.
3. Use a soft toothbrush, ideally one for sensitive teeth.
4. Try to avoid acidic food like wine, vinegar and soft drinks as they wear away enamel.
5. Try not to grind or clench your teeth. You can always use a mouth guard if you do this at night.
6. Always go for regular check ups and go if something is wrong!

Overall I'm really impressed with the Sensodyne range. Dental care should be a massive part of everyone lives and the offer a range of products to suit everyone's needs!
You can find out more about the Sensodyne range on their website - Sensodyne.

Have you tried anything from the range?
Until next time,
Becca

  1. Thanks for the tips! I brush my teeth too hard, think it's a habit I've had from when I younger. I will try my best not to do it tonight, baby steps!
