I'm always on my phone. If I'm not on it, its on my person. I will admit I am a 100% addict but I am always up to something on it, updating my blog, having a chinwag on Twitter or making sure my Hootsuites up to date, with all this activity I thought I'd share my top 5 apps as well as 5 I've hated!
With endless possibilities at our finger tips, smartphones have really opened up a whole new world and it can seem a bit like falling down a never ending hole. I've used hundreds of apps and I think I've finally cracked the apps that work best for me and what I use my smartphone for!
I probably don't need to explain this choice haha! I live my life on Twitter, it's an awesome way to communicate with people all over the world, discover events, news and so much more. I basically live my life on Twitter either with updates about my blog or general life.
I update my Instagram daily and love nothing more than wasting hours scrolling through pretty photos and adding more and more places I want to go to my bucket list. I follow anything and everything that takes my fancy!
I bloody love WhatsApp! I'm always on there chatting to someone and I love that it's so easy to talk, send photos and videos and not kill off my battery. I prefere it to Snapchat (probably because I just don't get Snapchat!)
What smartphone would be complete without it?! Hours upon hours are spent looking at craft, makeup, beauty and food ideas I never knew I needed. I also use it for blog promotion by posting my latest post onto shared blogger boards! Pinterest I love you!
SO while I've discovered my perfect apps, I've also been on a long journey with awful ones too!
My blog is based on Blogger and the app is utterly appalling! It's so hard to use and just so pointless, I always struggle to get the blog layout I like for my posts so I gave up, deleted the app and just use the online version instead!
I read hundreds of blogs with bloggers raving about this photo editing app. I even coughed up the £1 or whatever it was and brought it. Do not see the fuss, there are so many better apps that are free! I used Pixlr instead, alot easier to use and better results.
Eurgh! I have a total love hate relationship with Hootsuite as it is but this app is awful. It's awkward to use, hard to read and isn't very user friendly. It's another one I've given up using and opt for the online version instead.
Nope, nope, nope. I just can't get used to it. It's not the same and it's annoying. Online all the way.
What apps do you love and hate?
Until next time,
