My Netflix Confessions

I don't really watch that much TV. I get bored pretty quickly and spend most of my time flicking between channel to channel so what is my obsession with Netflix?! I can binge watch series, film after film and before I know it, it's 4pm and I'm still in my PJs! Oops!

Netflix opened a whole new world of TV and movies to me. I've never really been that into sitting there watching a film, I'm always the one who fidgets and ends up getting lost half way through but since I discovered this streaming beauty, I just can't get enough.

Now with this said I'm never truly sure what to watch, so would love some ideas in the comments below about series or films you've loved for me to check out. With a newborn sometimes being able to get lost in a good film is just what I need. We do have Sky TV but with I keep finding it's very much the same old thing. Love a bride who's going to have a fit about a £3000 wedding dress? Want to see some orange twenty something make a tit of herself? Yeah....

With that said you can give me any series of Ru Paul's Drag Race and I'll watch it from start to finish with not a single complaint. I simply adore Ru Paul and I love the antics involved with drag queens, hell I wish I had those makeup skills or half of their sass!

Another total fave of mine is Orange Is The New Black, I am so excited for the next season! I've never actually been so excited or interested in a series but this has me totally hooked. Season four ended on such a cliff hanger, I can't wait for it to be back on my screen. Season two (okay and three) even saw me take days off of work so I could sit in my PJs with enough snacks for a small army and do nothing but binge. I enjoyed every last second haha.

I do love a good documentary too and watched Making A Murdered in a mere few days. Without giving anything away (just incase you haven't got around to watching it yet...) it has so many twists and turns and unexpected situations, that I just couldn't stop watching. Apparently there's going to a second season, so goodbye social life!

Film wise, I probably watch the same films too many times. I adore films such as What To Expect When Your Expecting, Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging and anything Disney or Pixar. Basically I like all the films that don't actually matter if you dip in and out!

So, what are your faves to watch on Netflix? I'd love to hear some suggestions to help me get out of my usual watching rut!

Until next time,
Becca
