Autumn Skincare*

There's something about October that not only makes me want to have a million pumpkins in every room but it also makes me want to spend long lazy evenings soaking in the bath with a crackling candle and then lather myself in lotions and potions.

I can't be the only one who feels like that right? I dunno what it is but I just love slathering myself in cream and then getting into my fluffy pjs with a very large cup of tea and endless supply of Netflix.

I thought I'd share with you some of my all time favourite products! One being Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Buttercream, I would actually eat this if it tasted half as good as it smells! I got brought a gift set for Christmas one year and I'd never tried it before, I was all excited and then realised I hated the scent. Fast forward to me being pregnant and I couldn't get enough of the stuff and it's an addiction that's stayed with me ever since.
Not only does it smell utterly divine but it's a scent that lasts and leaves your skin feeling soft, looking hydrated and gorgeous. I always use this before a night out as I feel it gives me that extra added confidence especially when I've let my very pale legs out from under their denim prison!

Talking of body confidence, I like many do suffer from the odd case of my eczema playing up. I get really dry patches on my ears and parts of my face which even beloved Simply Moisturiser can't help but I've recently been told about this cream from The Independent Pharmacy which is really meant to help. It helps a variety of skin conditions and has fantastic reviews on Trust Pilot so I thought it was one to mention while we are talking skin care!

Face wise I always head for Simple, as I mentioned before. I've had a few bad reactions from other makeup removers and I love being able to use a whole range as opposed to a few random bits from loads of different brands.
I always use the light moisturiser, their makeup removers and their toner and not only is not full of nasties or unneeded ingredients but I haven't had a reaction and my skin always feels better after using it. It doesn't even contain any perfume so it's perfect if you hate scents that stick with you for a while.

Shower and bath wise can you really go wrong with Lush? I don't think there's anything better than relaxing in a hot bath with a gorgeous bath bomb. The experience and relaxation is like nothing else and after a long tiring day with a toddler it's a dream come true!

What are you favourite skin products?
